Joe Steele (Joe's Credits)
Joe Steele started in music while attending college in New Jersey, playing in various cover bands throughout the Tri-State area. Tiring of cover bands and realizing there was better opportunity for music in Los Angeles, he headed there upon graduating. While in a new city, he joined a few local bands, getting an idea for Los Angeles and the club circuit. Playing other people's music became less and less interesting, so Joe tried songwriting. Taking some ads out in local publications, Joe found a singer to form the band Stereo Suite. Immediately, Joe knew writing and performing was exactly what he wanted. The band continued to grow regionally, playing with artists including Black Crowes, Jason Mraz, Blues Traveler, Buckcherry, Cheap Trick, the Doobie Brothers, Peter Frampton, Govt Mule, Lit and Live. Along the way, Joe continued writing, this time for other singers, and started producing. Collaborative writing was another exciting avenue to explore, and Joe began accumulating writing and producing credits with various artists across the country. He has been fortunate enough to license many songs on productions, including television shows such as "Ghost Whisperer", among others. Joe continues to write and produce with talented, motivated artists.
